Production
Situated between the Breede River and Langeberg mountains in Robertson, lies Bon Courage Wine Estate. Here, the Bruwer family, produce a selection of fine wines, ranging from noble whites, classic reds and fortified dessert wines to the elegant and award winning Cap Classique sparkling wines.
Free run with a minimum quantity press juice was used. Fermentation took place in steel tanks with the sugar at 23.5 ° Balling. The wine was oaked matured in 1st (only 10%), 2nd and 3rd fill French Oak Barrels for approximately 8 months.

Intense mouth-feel with flavours of grapefruit, lime, vanilla and butterscotch. Rich flavours with a long finish expressing characters of crème-brulee. Forthcoming and diverse nose of citrus, vanilla and peach.
