The 2021 Brookford Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon is deep plum with purple hues in colour. On the nose you will sense intense spicy dark berry aromas which are supported by hints of vanilla and stewed plums. The palate is bursting with blackcurrants, raisins and hints of mocha. The balanced acidity gives this wine a great length.
