Small parcel of biodynamic Bordeaux named for the Roman goddess of agriculture and fertility.
Production
Created from 8 hectares of vines on clay-limestone soil from Vertheuil, north of Pauillac using organic and biodynamic practises. This is a wine without added sulphites, macerated for 24 days and then aged in concrete vats for 6 months.
