Meet the producer
It’s nearly 100 years since Louis Sèze acquired the Fronsac estate of Château Mayne-Vieil. Since then, Roger and now Bertrand Sèze have expanded the estate which today includes Château Buisson-Redon - a 15ha enclave of AOC Bordeaux. On this gently sloping vineyard of clay-loam soils, planted mainly with Merlot and Cabernet Franc, yields are naturally limited to boost the intensity of the wines.
