Production

Grown on 30 hectares of vineyards, planted on chalky/clay soils. The average age of the vines is approximately 30 years, adding to the wine's complexity. In case you are wondering, Cuvée Eva is named in honour of Jean Galineau's daughter.

    The Galineau family has been making wine at Château La Gramondie for three generations, since 1858. This right bank château's land comprises of 35 hectares of cool clay soils in which Merlot thrives.
