  • Tasting notes

The wine has a bright straw colour and exquisite aroma, with scents reminiscent of Stone fruit, citrus, and oatmeal. Well-structured and minerally with flavours of lime and toasted almonds on the palate.

  • Food match

A great match for dishes such as grilled or seared scallops, or a simple roast chicken. Can also be delicious with dishes showcasing wild mushrooms or white truffles or anything with a nutty note. Prime drinking begins at 3-4 years and will mature in the bottle for many years.
