Production

14 day fermentation in stainless steel, with a small portion in barrel, slow cool fermentation to preserve aromatics and left on lees for 9 months to develop richness and texture on the palate. Matured in oak stainless steel for a total of 9 months.

Excellent growing conditions and a mild summer led to perfect ripening across most varieties. These conditions have resulted in delicate flavours for white wines with pristine varietal characters and beautiful natural acidity. Overall a high yielding vintage with high quality fruit.
