An expressive single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from Rueda.
Production
The grapes are sourced from a 9 hectare parcel of Sauvignon Blanc at 750m altitude. After harvesting by night (in cooler temperatures to maintain freshness) and selection, the grapes are cold-macerated for 10 hours before pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and then the wine remains on fine lees for four months before bottling.

Formed in 2010, Diez Siglos is a collective of around 70 small to medium growers - who are working together to continue the winemaking traditions of Rueda. They use their combined expertise, their best vineyards, and a new winery with the latest technology to produce great wines typical of the region.
Verdejo is at the heart of what they do - the clue is in the name - and their wines are structured and bright with fruit at the fore.
