A beautifully styled Pinot Noir, bright garnet in colour. Aromas of violets, nougat, herbs and spice. Sweet cherry and plum flavours follow on the palate, with a savoury texture, fine tannins and a touch of vanillan oak on a long, balancing finish. This wine is unfiltered and has a natural sediment. Please decant or leave the last centimeter in the bottle.
