This wine is a sum of it's parts, from us to you".Aged in oak for 6 months before bottling.

Tasting notes
Estate grown blend of Tinta Roriz, Tinta Cão, Tinta Barroca and Touriga Nacional. The colour is of a youthful bright purple/red. A good aroma combination of red berry aromas with a mix of cedar and cinnamon wood spices. The taste will give a seamless blend of the four Iberian varieties. With flavours of plums, cherries and a little milk chocolate on the finish. Soft tannins are balanced with the medium bodied fruit weight. The middle palate is enhanced by the addition of Tinito Cão, rare in Australia, which gives the wine a great body.
Food match
This is a food friendly style well matched to grills and roasts. Try it with some good quality pork sausages.
