An appealing, fruity and approachable Cava.

Production

The traditional Cava grapes of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo are sourced from a single vineyard at 250m altitude, 6km from Sant Sadurni d'Anoia. Winemaking follows the traditional method with second fermentation in bottle. The wine ages on lees, in the bottle, for 12-15 months before release.

  • Meet the producer

The winery is 6km from Sant Sadurni d’Anoia, in the heart of Cava country. They source grapes from 120 hectares of vineyard in total (20ha owned) near Espiells. This is one of the higher altitude sites in the region, where slow maturation of the grapes ensures that they retain bright acidity, suited to the production of sparkling wines.
