Production
There was no yeast added during the fermentation process. There was also no fining or filtration that took place. This wine as aged for 22 months prior to bottling in 10% new French oak.

Tasting notes
Deep, saturated aromatics of blood orange, fresh rose petal, cranberry and raspberry. The spectrum of red aromatics are laden with spice notes of nutmeg and cinnamon. The aromatics are densely knitted together and with some time or air, will continue to reveal darker aromas and flavour under the bright red layers including notes of coffee, and dulce de leche. This is bright and persistent with medium tannins on the palate.
Food match
This can be enjoyed now with a decant, and will age wonderfully in a cellar.
